Fix Defects and I'll look again at no extra charge

Defects will be discovered during any home inspection. Often, you'll deal with these defects in terms of the transaction by negotiating a financial agreement. But, sometimes repairs will be made. The question then becomes whether these repairs were done in a professioal manner and meet the standards that were used during the initial inspection.

If repairs are made to the home based on my inspection report I am glad to re-inspect that aspect to see if it meets the standards that I originally applied. This is avaialble for all home inspection packages at no extra charge.

It is important to understand that for a re-inspection after repairs the item of concern is evaluated using the stated criteria of the Standards of Practice as agreed in the original inspection agreement. All of the original inspection agreement provisions and limitations apply to the re-inspection. The reinspection is limited to defects corrected and will be done once at no charge for any given inspection.
